CBSE Capacity Building Programme on Gender Sensitivity in Schools

AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School was privileged to host the CBSE Capacity Building Programme on Gender Sensitivity in Schools on 5th July 2025. The enriching session was led by two inspiring resource persons — Ms. Jaynifer, an accomplished Special Educator at Delhi Public School, Bangalore, and Ms. Rajashree Vinuth, the dynamic Principal of Vyasa International School.

Attended by our enthusiastic teaching faculty, the workshop provided valuable insights into building inclusive classrooms, fostering respectful relationships, and adopting gender-sensitive approaches in daily teaching practices. Teachers actively participated in collaborative activities and discussions, deepening their understanding of the roles and responsibilities educators hold in promoting equity and fairness. The session empowered our educators with practical strategies to create supportive and inclusive learning environments, reinforcing the values of empathy, respect, and equality.
