Proud Achievements at the International Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition

The International Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Association (IAMA) organizes an international- level competition every year, maintaining the highest standards of excellence. This year, the event was hosted by the Malaysia chapter on 2nd August 2025 in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with participation from over 2000 students representing 7 countries.

We are proud to announce that 4 students from AECS Magnolia were selected after a rigorous screening process to represent our school in this prestigious competition:

(P3 & P4 Category)

1. Ananya Vishal Kasal- GRADE 5
2. Akanksha Pradeep Kini- GRADE 5
3. Saanvika Naveen Nayak – GRADE 5 (P5 & P6 Category)
4. Gagandeep Madipalli – GRADE 8

Their hard work and talent brought remarkable results:

Ananya Vishal Kasal secured 3rd Rank in Abacus and 4th Rank in Mental Arithmetic. All other participants secured 4th Rank in both Abacus and Mental Arithmetic.

Each of them was awarded medals, making our school immensely proud. Congratulations to our young achievers for shining on an international platform!
