The Joy of Giving: Young Magnolians Making a Difference

At AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School, Bengaluru, we believe that the true celebration of freedom comes from sharing and caring.

As part of our Independence Day Carnival 2025 – Joy of Giving Fundraiser, our compassionate students extended their hands beyond the campus by donating two 50-litre water coolers to government schools in our community.

On 1st September 2025 (Monday), the water coolers were joyfully handed over to the Principals of Nyanapanahalli Government School, Ms. Anthony Mary A, and Hulimavu Government School, Ms. R. Jayagouramma. The handing over ceremony was graciously presided over by Smt. Bhagyalakshmi Murali, BBMP Corporator, Arekere Ward No.193, whose presence made the occasion even more meaningful.

This thoughtful gesture is a reflection of our students’ empathy, leadership, and sense of responsibility towards society. By ensuring access to clean drinking water, they not only brought smiles to young learners but also contributed to the United Nations SDGs: Good Health & Well-Being and Clean Water & Sanitation.

We are truly proud of our Magnolians for proving that small acts of kindness create lasting impacts. Together, let’s continue to build a future where every drop counts, and every child thrives.
